Jeffery used to serve Ford Motor as CFO and Senior Executive of Sales & Marketing. He also worked as Deputy General Manager of Bristol-Myers, United States top 10 pharmaceutical firms, and General Manager of China Trade & Development Corporation, USA office. He presided over trading in U.S.A for many years. He is an old friend of Edward Rollins, Deputy Secretary General of White House. Mr. Rollins invited Jeffery to co-found American Rollins International Company after retiring from political life. Jeffery accepted his invitation and then worked as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Region. In 1992, He attracted a huge capital into Nanjing.

After retirement, Jeffery Wang was invited to serve as PH.D. Supervisor in Beijing University. He is also visiting professor who delivers the enterprise management ideas from advanced countries in many well known universities, such as QingHua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and Shanghai Normal University. In Addition, he now assists government and enterprises to conduct overall strategies planning, including policy formulation, business development, organizational development and recruitment of overseas professionals.
